Tried Carbon Copy...didn't work on the Hackintosh.

I've recently been considering converting 20 Gigs of music to AAC, just so I can have it at a lower bitrate/smaller size. It'd probably come out to 17 Gigs in the end, so it wouldn't be worth it...and I'd probably keep the original 20 Gigs cause I'm crazy...

I'm a PC user that has worked with Macs for the last 8 years. All fanboyisms aside, it's really just personal preference. Mac does some things better than PC, and vice versa.

Unforgivable. I had a question too...and now I've forgotten it.

If I told you'd I'd have to kill you.

Has anyone found an easy solution for cloning a Hackintosh Boot Drive? We've tried a hardware cloner, Super Duper, and Time Machine. Each time, when you put in the backup drive to boot the system, it's done, and you have to go through the whole Hackintosh install sequence again. It even messes up the system enough

That's a facebook thing. They won't allow any outside access to the PM system.

Thing that drives me nuts about Tweetdeck, which is still my favorite android twitter and facebook app, is that they claim it syncs across systems, and it doesn't AT ALL. Read tweets on the chrome app are left unread on my phone and my tablet. It's annoying.

You can get those same braided keychains at Ace hardware.

Re: Highlighting Test.

Note to users: Leaving Wifi Sync on with Winamp will eat your battery like mad. I added about 6 hours of battery life by turning off wifi sync when not using it. I've also found that if I use winamp in the morning, I'll notice my battery dying a little faster than usual. I tend to open up my battery stats and force

I believe he meant when Winamp can stream FROM Google Music

Why not just ditch the computer all together? With Android podcast apps you just set it to download on wifi late at night, and then it's ready to go in the morning.

I switched Chrome to use Bing for a couple days. Partly to try it out, partly for the "points" they give you. The search results were AWFUL. Maybe I've just trained myself to type what gets the best Google results, but most of the Bing answers were for products. I'd be looking for how to do something, and the top four

Can you send me a link? Seriously, I can't find anything via Google, the android market on my Nook, or the android market website, and xda. I can't find anything related to "VDW."

I'd love for you guys to cover tablet friendlier rss apps too.

I've always admired the WinPhone7 design, but, while this is neat to play with for a little bit, I find it ultimately unsatisfying. The way it deals with widgets is weird. While it has an option for "full tile" they seem to be scrunched inside the tile. My weather widget looks like it was poorly formatted. And my

You know what else I can use without having to me taught? My 1yo son's toys. Simplicity isn't the end-all-be-all of good design. Stripping out functionality for simplicity is the opposite of good design. It's a great example of changing to product to make for a simpler design.
