I cheer whenever Disney humiliates DeSantis and I wonder if my socialist card should be taken away.

I haven’t watched a ton of the Kardashian shows, it was one of those things that if I was home and I needed something mindless and it happened to be on I would watch. But her relationship with Kanye was always weird. Like were just props for each other to achieve goals. Eventually Kim didn’t need him to achieve her

I thought HBO has always said the show did well ratings wise but was still so expensive to make at the time that it was nearly impossible for them to make it profitable in DVD sales unlike shows like The Sopranos. So I am not sure the time slot matter.

I have a friend who saw it and said people are distracted by how well acted it is and that it’s quite terrible. Which is the same way I feel about Euphoria, it’s easy to get distracted by good performances.

For me anything other than maximum security prison in isolation where all he dreams about is being on that beach is a cop-out. And Sally being stuck in Joplin with her son and parents.

Gossip Girl is fine because those writers were terrible and never once thought about character development. I truly believe they always meant it to be Dan but they just didn’t care if it made sense.

Right! Plus she doesn’t give up anything for him really. She sings a song about wanting to be human before she ever meets him, sure he is the catalyst, but the dream was always there.

I loved the KFC potato wedges.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with the original scene either. I was mostly joking about the Eric thing (though I do think any man I kiss should let me know that he signed a contract with a sea witch before he kisses me. Just seems rude not to let me know the baggage I am signing up for).

Kendall seems like one of those people who fantasized about his father’s death because he viewed that as the last obstacle to being charge but because the fantasy seemed fairly out of reach he didn’t really think about the feelings he would have about it. He probably had like five different versions in his head for

I don’t really care for the changes to Kiss the Girls as it seems like typical misunderstanding of both consent and feminism from a corporation who is only interested in these things from a money perspective. If anything the problem with the original movie is that Prince Eric is the one who kinda can’t consent.

I am not sure. His account was deleted within a day of him posting those and it was years ago.

haha. I totally made the assumption that the op was specifically British. The British seem to prickle more that the US is major super power in the world than any other European people. Its like they are upset that they aren’t the one’s still imposing imperial rule on the whole world and they feel the need to get pissy

With the long movies I usually really enjoy them the first and second time I watch them but then wish there was a shorter cut of it. There was a YouTuber who cut Lord of the Rings trilogy into three 1.5 hour movies and I really enjoyed those more as a re-watch (they were obviously taken down fairly quickly) even

I think both Roman and Kendall are incapable of achieving career goals outside of this. Roman is too inappropriate and lacks discipline to build something from ground up and Kendall is too...pathetic? That seems mean but he really wants people to respect him to a degree that makes him hard to work with. He wants

Kendall isn’t at the center or sitting on a fence. He is on Roman side of the fence but being quiet and thinking the absolves him. I don’t care what Shiv did, he wasn’t forced to do anything. He would have stayed rich regardless of what happened.

I once met Mitch McConnell and he was super nice and gracious when we went to deliver a letter condemning his vote on a bill. Later I met a Democratic politician who I truly believe is moral and ethical person and I would vote for them and campaign for them if they ever ran for president but I just couldn’t stand

I work at a law school. Some of the nicest students are in the Federalist Society. It really hits home the difference between niceness and kindness. And how endearing or charming people who are capable of eliciting sympathy are really the most dangerous people you can know because usually the sympathy isn’t unearned

This might be a controversial take but it’s been my experience is most people (most not all) don’t develop or change passed a certain age. Yes their opinions might change but but their personality doesn’t really change or how they interact on a daily basis. If you are a conservative jerk and your political opinions

A bit of problem is that quality ranges wildly from restaurant to restaurant. The Applebee’s in my hometown was quite good and I remember when I tried one in the college town I went to I almost gagged. I am guessing the Applebee’s in my hometown had to be somewhat good because older people went and would complain if
