For me it stopped aging well when I was watching it when it aired at season 3. Alan Ball seemed to have taken a page from Ryan Murphy were if you jam enough convoluted plot in a season no one will notice the lack of character development from sheer exhaustion.

Yeah, I am white Latina (parents from Chile) and discovered I have indigenous ancestry. Which explains a lot about how me and my sister look. Chile had a lot of German and British settlers and all my cousins are pale with freckles and we definitely look more stereotypical Latino.
