The issue is you have a spare tire. You’re already taking your wheel and tire off the car to plug it. Why don’t you just use the spare tire? This is all of course assuming you have a compressor on board.

MD isn’t that bad to out of state cars. They get knocked a lot but I’ve found a TON of people lie about why they get pulled over. I’m not saying all of them do. But it’s sort of pulling the “victim’s” card a lot of the time.
