the basement here is completely open to students, it's amazing. I know a few guys who were here over thanksgiving break last year (international students) who went down to the basement and brought up some wooden ladders (for climbing into bunk beds) and extra chairs. then one of the guys climbed out his bedroom window…

hahaha oh man. they did close it for a few years recently to undergo some renovations... it's actually the cleanest/ "newest" dorm on the hill because of that.

I saw this movie this past weekend and really enjoyed it. loved the characters and the script was genius. I'm a 20 year old white girl and found it to be a very interesting and thoughtful movie; wasn't offended or anything, unlike the four middle-aged white people who got up and left twenty minutes in. amazing.

speaking as a poor college student, when it comes to washing clothes, I tend to toss them all into one load to save money on detergent and water. (it's $1.50 per load at my school.)
