Agreed. The only thing that changes for us during the summer is where I drop off my daughter on weekdays. I’d love to see an article on making the most of the summer as a working parent.

yeah long and lazy sounds nice. My commute home is still at least and hour and then there is a family to feed after that and bedtime as usual.

I kind of wish intensive summer hebrew school/camp were a thing, as full-year day school is expensive and it keeps the kids occupied.

As fellow a parent in a two-working-parents household, I feel like we get the shaft on everything. I rarely see any advice on anything that is aimed for us. My family never gets a chance to slow down and enjoy anything.
