I was on and off with the first dozen or so with Ross & Carrie, and I promised myself I'd go back to them if/when they got around to Scientology. I just thought they were always a lot more disingenuous than they thought they were, and never really went in with the open minds that they claimed. Not that I wanted them

Serious question: what liberals in media with experience in the halls of power would you like on that platform?

Aside from the obligatory political podcasts that take a couple hours of my time every morning, the new ones in 2016 that had me giddy to pop up with new episodes are LifeAfter and Darkest Night. Darkest Night got a write up in here before at some point mentioning their exemplary sound editing and actual use of

Haven't listened to Ep 3 yet, but Formosa and Only Child were both absolutely brilliant.

The only guy on 1600 I can't abide is Jon Lovett. I've said it before, but he sounds like a guy who spends the week writing down sick burns to drop on the pod. It's clear that his experience is more in TV than in politics.

He seems competent, but remember that he's just benefiting from the abysmal expectations set by us presuming that fucking ghoul Giuliani was going to be the pick. It's worth noting that demeanor is the only thing that would make Romney a better pick, seeing as both of them have exactly zero meaningful foreign

All is well once again. Ignore the fact that I'm starting two WRs that I just claimed off of wires an hour ago. THE CHAMPIONSHIP WILL BE MINE EVEN IF I HAVE TO RIDE THE GHOST OF MOHAMED SANU TO GET THERE.

My first turn in with an upvote mention, methinks!

Either your homer hat is showing, or my memory is failing. I am having trouble remembering a backup QB ever commanding a first round pick in a trade.

So far, I've been sticking with "don't." But I'm still on Chapter 1.

Do they want to boost Jimmy G's trade value? How much does Brady have left in the tank, if they're looking to unload the heir apparent? He's old and getting beat up.

I'd rather look at Shad Khan for three hours than watch a Jaguars game.

Always?

I have to imagine that, like all FF flans, there's a specific elemental weakness.

I'm running an elven thief right now who composed a Petrarchan sonnet as an ode to our battle against some dumb wolves. My wife plays a dwarven cleric, and there are not words for the depth of hatred her character has for mine. It's so visceral, that's it's actually transposed to her hating my character in real life.

I suggest writing. Especially as a bard. Between sessions, write a poem about your party's exploits. Since I'll assume you're not Bill Shakespeare, it'll get you more in the head of a middling talent with outsized ideas. It's what I'm doing.

Oh Good God, no. It's all voyeuristic.

One thing I'll say in strong favor of Knight: best Predator encounters. I got really tired of "here's a room with six gargoyles" rooms, and Knight moving it outdoors was pretty thrilling.

I just noticed the altered username. Love it.

I've been aware of that rabbit hole, but never gotten caught in it. Which is probably just because I never found the time, because I love me a good rabbit hole. From time to time, I'll disappear into Flat Earth Society sites.
