Neither do I, as a general rule.

That was glorious, operatic fun, and the final fistfight was, by far, the most affecting "boss fight" in the Netflix shows to date.

You can't spell IGNorance…

Well, Cheo Hodari Coker just managed it!

My biggest problem with JJ is the lack of standalones, considering that they had 9 hours of Killgrave plot and 12 hours to fill.

My main concern is that they didn't really show any aptitude for writing the characters outside of their relationship to Killgrave.

I think Luke Cage has the best balance of having nearly enough threads to justify the length, while maintaining a high level of quality throughout.

See the reviews of Sava, Oliver.

They were digging for the sarcophagus that Elektra ends up in.

The most notable thing about Julie Taymor's Tempest is how transcendentally awful the direction was.

I think Luke was a much better series. Similar issues, but they filled the extra time with Simone Missick being awesome and Murray Levy (don't know the actor's real name) being a shitbird, rather than random out of character bullshit.

On the other hand, Lincoln hasn't been a problem with SHIELD this season, while Robyn will continue to inflict herself on JJ.

I really liked the "She doesn't love me" realization…and his friendship with Xander.

Taking a prosecutor job and joining the entrenched power structure of NYC just doesn't make sense for the character.

Has Millar gotten sick of being a shock jock in the last couple years? I loved his Ultimates and UFF, but everything else I've read of his has been…ugh.

I'll always remember a show where some spindly academic was talking about how the revolution was nigh, and Tom managed to respectfully debate with him, and not laugh out loud.

…so the issue is that you don't understand that there are elected Republican politicians who don't hate gay people?

Yup. Charlie Baker is firmly to the left of a ton of Southern Democrats on social issues. So is Susan Collins, and so was Olympia Snowe.

I know a lot of Mormons have the same conundrum, having to choose between their communitarian governmental beliefs and their extreme social conservatism.
