on the other hand…maybe it's a choice to show Laurel's downward slide?
And then there's Jody…
I had actually been spoiled for Drew by Jim Beaver's Random Roles, but Season 4 was still awesome.
Two more episodes to go in S4 till I'm caught up!
Yes! I was just about to say this.
How did Ned do the same? Ned honored his brother's marriage pact in order to shore up Hoster Tully's support for the rebellion, even though he was in love with Ashara Dayne, who he couldn't have been with if he didn't marry.

Silver?! Gems?!
Something something…shits gold.
She's multifaceted, but she's certainly not sympathetic.
Must…resist…urges…to mention a certain someone who is almost certainly going to be reborn in smoke and salt in TWOW.
Have you read the books or just watched the show?
Eh, maybe it's because I've read the books, but I really don't think GoT is that good. It's all very pretty and period piece-y, but I really don't like these versions of the characters, and stuff like the notJeyne belly stabbing is just naked, gratuitous emotional manipulation, even within the context of the books.
Not "and yet, somehow, I just don't seem to care"?!
And I'm saying that a large reason I'm blaming Disney/ABC is that they're forcing Bell, Jed and Maurissa into a format with which they have no experience: standalone episodes.
I just don't understand the whole Alec Holland being alive thing. It's stupid, and Moore explained why almost 30 years ago.
Try Daredevil. It's really good.
Fuck Sandman. Swamp Thing is where it's at.
Hey, Year One and TDKR are fine entry points to superhero comics!
