Every person I know who saw it didn’t think it was a bomb, some had issues with over a bundance of cgi but that’s a bigger Hollywoo issue with them and it didn’t distract from the fun. The only people i’ve seen bash it hard to Rise of Skywalker Levels are people online, the majority of which are white men.

Yes! I suspect it was either there and cut or a giant oversight during preproduction and production. 

The plot point of the “annihilator” as a whole was well done. Although it needed a little more fleshing out (and some hints in the beginning that the annihilator felt guilty after seeing and interacting with Dar Benn) but it gave that character more of a grey depth and explained their absense from the previous…

So finally saw the Marvels....the hate it’s getting from critics and some fans is unearned. Yes there were some plot holes and the villian barely got an arc but the overall plot was strong enough, the jokes landed and the fight chroegohraphy and editing were solid esp in that first “switch” fight.

This was miles ahead…
