Spirit is fine. We take the redeye because it is cheaper and is rarely delayed. When our little one was under 2yo, we did the big seats. It was nice. I’ve flown economy on most of the US airlines, and with the exception of Delta service - they are all pretty much interchangeably awful. Better to save some money for

On Frontier, I have saved my trio $120 on the CIC fee, plus we get our seats assigned for free. We live 25m from DIA, and Frontier staff is there all the time. I can usually get the whole thing (purchase plus commute) in an hour. $120 is a nice hourly rate.

I like the idea - but we are also teaching our six year old how to read a clock. So the five min (or more) usually involves a clock for him to read as well.

A few years ago my office hosted a marketing event for non employees and had security at a non secured door checking for employee and attendee badges. It was the guard’s first day, so they asked me (a product guy) to help. Telling entitled middle management sneaking in to go back to their car or back home for their

Bad comedians laugh at their own jokes and preach. Good comedians make people laugh, full stop.

I have the 4x4 GC Overland, as does much of Denver. For punchy acceleration, I have to shift into Sport mode (and back down to D at low speeds). Still for all the bells and whistles (panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, wood and leather, Wifi, plus all the capability) it is a nice value vs. vehicles that check the

The best redemption by cents/mile are business class international flights and high end hotels in the Maldives. For folks who can't get that kind of time off work, there is nothing wrong getting a reasonable redemption to save some dollars.

Or I will taunt you a second time!

7-11s in Norway and Sweden were awesome - filed with cheap but tasty cakes and sandwiches that would end up in a high end Scandinavian cafe in the US. The Milka bars were all over the grocery stores and I brought them home to give as gifts.

I offered to pay my Dad’s way from MO to Denver for my wedding. He asked for the train. I checked the prices with air, same. He is older, in a small town... he loved it. If you have time, or like having time, it is a nice way to travel.

If you have too much of a high balance, your credit score falls like a stone and impacts your ability to get more credit. Same thing if you only pay the minimum. It’s not a perfect system, but it is self correcting.

Because black men can't be good husbands and fathers? FUCK YOU.

“All” hype? Dude, have you driven a Tesla? “Plenty” of hype, sure. “Lots” of hype, definitely. But he makes a sick car that is transforming the industry.

All the stars.

What about test scores? No mention of them. A completed FAFSA and test scores should at least get him some state university money offers automatically.

It’s only been a year and a half. A vacation and time to build up finances is well earned. He isn’t the only one that can take on Trump, after all he can’t run against him in 2020. Someone else has to rise to the occasion.

This is what I don’t get. You put 20,000mi/year for 5 years on a car that was almost eight years old when you bought it and you are upset it isn’t worth anything??? The whole point of depreciation is the fact that you have to account for using something up. That’s why most cars, machinery, and computers depreciate

Go to Cafe Patachou (locations all over town, including the airport) and have the cinnamon toast with your brunch. You can thank me here.

Acts 1:16-18 Death of Judas Iscariot, and his poop story

I drove one as a company car for a year or so. I think it was punishment for wrecking my previous company car, a brand new Chevy Equinox.
