I drove company cars for years in sales - free insurance, free gas, covered repairs. I didn’t buy a car until after I left that industry. Not everyone needs to get a beater for their first real car they own.

Something has got to give. The Tesla sales model, TrueCar, CarMax, consultants like you, eventually one or all of these things has to change how cars are sold here for good.

Something is definitely fishy when even the per diems are different for men and women. You would expect a standard boilerplate rate here.

When I bought my JGC Overland, I looked and the build and price, and there were cheaper options available at the dealership than were online... Specifically the parking assist and blind side detection were only available as a $1900 tech package online, but at the dealer it came alone as a $300 option.

Down ticket candidates and superdelegates are often the same people.

Of course.... cooler for Grey Poupon comes standard.

I love it! Plus the gear area in the back is way more useful than the champagne brunch stuff that the Bentayga has...

SRT is the most expensive JGC, approaching $65K. Then Summit, starting around $52K. The Trailhawk looks like a more rugged Overland.

Except that this guy isn’t being rejected, and is clearly not nice... Plenty of guys do well with women who really don’t have much going on.

I test drove the V8 and V6 JGC Overland and I decided to buy the V6. I use mine for a daily driver and trips to the high country with a little offroading here in Colorado, but I likely won’t be doing much towing beyond helping my inlaws pull their boat three times a year.

The V6 has never felt underpowered, and now

Assuming both sides fight fair...

I have never left the car while in Neutral, but when switching from 4Hi to 4Low and back with that shifter, it is easy to screw up and skip neutral and go to Reverse or Park.. 90% of the time I am switching from Park to Drive or Reverse, and then it is pretty simple to use.

This is the Superman view - his Clark Kent disguise shows how he views the world around him. Unfortunately, even discount suit shops have tailors.

I took a walk around Breckenridge yesterday, at the town park - a place not necessarily frequented by tourists. I checked 10 SUVs, only one set of snow tires.

Really? Using German pronunciation, there is really only one way to spell it. Maybe a dialect pronunciation will give you Heiche, but other than that you should have nailed it. I know a lovely girl named Heike.

LOL - this article explains why marketing people get paid so well. A brand is the face of the company - how consumers communicate with and identify a given company. Steve Jobs may have been an asshole, but Apple is cool, beautiful, and perfect. Bezos may be a prick who works his people to the bone, but Amazon is fast,

When I started my career, I thought I was making decent money and crazy benefits - of course my only experience was growing up in a tiny town in Missouri. After a few years, I found out that my company routinely paid 20-30% less than the industry average, because they were the industry leader and hired constantly from

I bought the Sceptre for $465 plus tax from Walmart.com and I couldn’t be happier. I added a Fire TV stick for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc... and it works beautifully. I really do believe in the strategy of buying the largest dumb HDTV you can find and adding a device for the “smarts.”

My old boss is a proud tabbed Ranger and active on Facebook. According to him, most of the objections are coming from non tabbed soldiers and others outside the fold.

If you are flying by yourself - Spirit SUCKS. But with a wife and kid flying DEN to FLL for $500 all told including luggage, can’t beat it.
