It’s truly absurd how much has been normalized in the past ten years. Our worst fears about dlc, loot boxes, game pricing, used game availability, digital availability, all of it, has gone even worse than the biggest pessimists expected back then. This hobby mostly sucks ass now.

This was the bigger more critical issue in the game. Not just the romance, but most major decisions and mission stories were very well written and pretty heavily fleshed out, up until their determined “endpoint,” and then they may well have never existed at all.

I’ve been holdin out too but this might be the first MSRP release window thing I buy in like 2 years.
