On the plus side, this will mark the first time a shitshow features actual shit.

The only thing that was terrifyingly fast about this video were the fucking edits. No sense of speed at all.
It was a garbage video. And now I think even less of Nissan and the GT-R.
This is the worse video editing I have ever seen. Was hoping for a video that focused on the point of view of the drone chasing this car. Instead I got a ton of half second clips that went everywhere and didn’t showcase anything mentioned in this article.
Counterpoint: King is very technically talented but he throws a lot of shit at the wall and not all of it sticks.
So...the way that video was edited tells me that the event wasn’t actually very exciting. With sub 1 second clips back and forth, you get no perspective of the speed of the drone, how fast it could turn, or really where it might have been quicker or slower than the car.
However, I can’t fully explain that noise at 1:05. I don’t know what was going on there.
From Ken Block’s Instagram, maybe related?
Although they’re shifting fast, they’re too slow for a DCT. You can clearly hear the up and downshift gaps in the exhaust.
RS500? That must mean–
The fact that they cyclist was that unwilling to talk—at least in my mind—makes this entire thing even shadier. Seriously; if he just accidentally bumped into a car and wasn't even injured, why would he not want to talk to a journalist about it?
No, because the cyclist was very, very unwilling to talk to me. So I was unable to confirm this.
You’re an idiot. Losing to the #1 team in the world in a competitive tournament? That’s expect if you’re #31.
The details on this car are just stunning. I love the close up of the tail lamp.
