Shouldn't this say something re AMC's ongoing fight with DISH about whether a heavy on-demand presence through services like Netflix adds to or diminishes the value of content?  Or at least really good content.

Can someone quickly explain to me how this show went from getting middling grades every week to steady A-to-B range?  I gave up at the end of last year, and it sounds like I made a mistake.
