@UnMicD: Oh yas. Apple's iPod touch/phone is undeniably cool, with its awesome graphics and appstore, but for Apple to not include a basic function such as Cut and Paste/copy and paste is a shame!

@RossHaphiliate: Actually, with SP1 of Vista, I think it is great! (but then, I have been using Windows 95 for 2 years and jumped directly to Vista, so of course I think it's great) :D

Oh yeah, [Slickdeals.net] is finally getting what they deserve! It is the best deals site that I have ever been on—- it deserves to be the best!

@wpclipart: LOL that comment was not directed at you (unless you are, of course, anti-Microsoft). In my long time reading Lifehacker, I have noticed that a large percentage of commenters tend to side with Apple/other companies and shun Microsoft. In that post, I was musing that people should not consider the brand as

@glater: Nope, the reason why I consider MS Clip art's "no registration" feature in my post is not "because it is a major advantage", but because the amount of clip art that it has is huge when compared to WPClip art. Most of Microsoft' free services (including Office Small business, Windows Live (for better

@glater: That is strange... my MS Agreement says that I can use it for commercial use. Perhaps this is because I have the Professional version of MS 2007? It is for commercial use. Perhaps Microsoft allows Pro users to use their clip art for commercial purposes, but not for "Home" users or "student" editions.

@TITECH: @LittleEnosBurdette: Oops! I left this part out—— if the product is physicayl however, I would definitely like to buy one of these... they are nifty!

@Wolfess: If I was ever to write a software product, it will remain free—- forever. That's because I have had enough with the software that is real good but out of my reach because of the price tag. Writing the software product itself is rewarding, and I would keep it freeware. I believe that people should only pay

Hurrah! Windows Live Writer is the best. I am writing my entire tech weblog using it! When I first got to use Wordpress, I at once hated its web only post/page composing interface. With Live Writer, however, I can view my posts offline, search them, and get auto linking capability! This is one of the Windows Live

@Ch Ase: I agree... Vista's built in Search 4 is a whole lot better than this. The interface is.... HORRID! I hate that interface!

This would be really cool until your relatives/friends found out you only made one... and didn't make one for them :D There is room here for potential.... ahem... squabbles :D

Oh yeah! Slickdeals is getting what it deserves!!!!!!!!

@UnnAkon: Hm.... isn't MS Clip art the same? It prints perfectly every time and is free for commercial use as well. I have been using Microsoft Clip art for quite a while now, and love it. They have a clip art for almost everything!

@Richard Braddock: I agree. Which brings me to the same conclusion: Microsoft clip art is professional, better looking, more plentiful, and free (without a sign up, either). That's why I am wondering why someone would use WPClip Art in the first place.

Hm..... useful! But how does this compare to Microsoft's free clip art (you can download it without registering or anything)?

@Dustin Charest: Good point.... Chrome does have potential. BUT..... I did say that Chrome is not up to par with Firefox yet—- which is true. And that is what I'm basing my thinking on. Not what it might become, but what it is right now. And now says that Firefox is still supreme ;)

OK, come on Apple! Let's face reality here. It was add-ons and extensibility that got your iPhone and iPod Touch models on the best sellers list. And now you went through all the trouble of getting Safari to work with Windows and just ignore the all important feature of customization and extensibility?!?!?! What's

I MAD! I understand that Google wants to promote their Chrome browser, but lets face it: some say that it is a matter of opinion, but I say that it is a matter of looking at the features and good things about Firefox. The truth of the matter is, Chrome is just not up to par with Firefoxyet. It may rise, but for now, F

I'm personally not a fan of online feed managers like Google Reader—- don't get me wrong, GReader is a great webapp, but I would prefer to be able to access my feeds offline using a powerful program like Feed Daemon. The program has all sorts of great features that GReader can't beat. Ever. I have always felt more
