I don't think that's instagram. I don't think you can add images or make something blurry, I think you can just change the colors of the picture (to make it black and white or sepia or old looking or super bright).

I do not disagree with her in the slightest. What is there to even disagree with?! I don't care what she does with her vagina. No one is shaming her for what she said. People are just talking about it (without really saying much of anything, I don't think, because there's nothing to say about it).
