It is very ungrateful to complain about something you love, but…  While I still listen to each episode of The Smartest Man in the World two or three times, I do wish Greg would drop the questions from the audience if they can't be properly recorded.  Maybe dump it even if they are, as most spur-of-the-moment questions

Anyone's attempt to follow the 'precision at gunpoint' of Bejing was screwed from the get-go.  But Bolye's go was way too inside cricket, if you will; I'm sure it played well in England, but for the rest of the world who didn't know who Isambard Kingdom Brunel was, the inevitable reaction was going to be: 'the fuck?'.

Yup. A rapidly-aging man, trying to still stay relevant in both his industry (if he really ever was) and in the sack, and obviously failing at both.  I feel sorry for all the young women in LA that have to put up with creeps like him.  No doubt he has a long soliloquy about using Rohipnol or not.

C minus??  Fuck you, talentless hack.  Bet you jack off to Drew Pinksy.

Huh.  Never heard this before…

I listen to Greg Proop's podcasts at least three times each; Dana Gould's at least twice.  They're both that good.

Carolla's demographic definitely skews Insane Teabagger (that still like weed).

I used to listen to some TWiT shows, but Leo's BS personality quickly overwhelmed me. He still wants to be (and acts like) a morning drive DJ.  Plus, he ass-kisses way too much.  He'll say 'black', a guest will say 'white', and Leo will instantly say 'yeah, you're right, white!'.  If you want a tech podcast with

He reads those bits with all the warmth and aplomb of a government telegram announcing a death in the family, read inside a shotgun shack.  And I love him for it.
