Sony is still putting out firmware updates, new games are still added to the store. With the whole back catalog for the vita, it is still a viable gaming device. I love mine, I’d recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one.

As long as games keep coming out for Vita I will continue supporting the platform. Too bad Vita will always be the “What if” handheld.
I play a lot of games, but can’t get to everything. Other Kotaku staffers played this game for review and follow-up coverage, so I felt okay skipping it. I reviewed Uncharted 4 and figured that checked off the same boxes and that there wasn’t a need to go back. But then the PS4 version came out this fall and I decided…
Somehow I managed to literally just read the first part of his post, and completely missed the point about anonymity. Guess that shows me for browsing in a scrunched window at the bottom of my monitor.
Because it’s popular.
I have no dog in this fight, but your response is the de facto“I don’t know what I’m fucking talking about either, so go look it up noob.”, bullshit excuse, if I’ve ever seen it.
Bravo.
This was actually a selling point for me. Went and found a thread on reddit before I bought it. Trico reminds me waaay too much of a cat I lost last year (and the thought of seeing it die in game was too much for me to attempt to sit through).
But now I can play!
How do you kill that which has no life?
How can they die if they are already dead!?

It’s crazy remembering that this is a real thing that we’ll be playing soon, and not just some mythical hypothetical object from the future. Guess that’s what happens when you launch early in the year.
Well, for starters, we don’t really know how much production work actually went into the game then (given that Square has been public about how they needed to take all those staff for the XIII trilogy).
It wasn’t really in development for 10 years. Development of this current version started around 2013.
World of Final Fantasy may have more familiar combat, but everything else about it is vastly different than a mainline final fantasy game.
Nanatsu no Taizai/The Seven Deadly Sins, while granted, maybe a bit much for a young audience, the way it’s presented in articles (such as this one) is taken out of context. Melodias is only that way with Elizabeth, he never acts in a sexual manner with any other character in the series. They’re in love with each…
100% agreed. It’s no fun getting spanked every time you expose even a little dissenting opinion. Sometimes I feel people are just groping around for something to complain about.
A lot of people pussyfoot around this subject, turning it into a tit-for-tat argument before long. The truth is that neither side has to be a dick about it. People may think I’m a boob for my opinion, but fan-service is a personal issue for every fan. I don’t want to be too anal about the subject, but there is no harm…
Yeah I just tell people don’t watch the shows with fan service, anime has never been created with the western audience in mind and I doubt it ever will so their complaints fall on deaf ears.
It's still officially communist and run by the communist party, even though yes in reality it does not have an economy run in any sort of manner like a communist government. It does still have the repressive totalitarian aspects of communism though.
Communist. Impenetrable totalitarian bureaucracy. Tomato. Tomahto.
