Fuck, okay, I officially support Riff Raff.

Also the past was a lot dirtier than we give it credit for. We pretend it's quaint and cute and prudish.

I knew someone who, many years ago, died in a tragic way that was sensationalized all over the internet. That week following her accident was... there aren’t words to explain how horrible people can be behind the safety of their keyboards. And I am so sorry you and the people who loved her are going through it.

Take if [sic] from a guy with an illness

Oh dude. I love you, and lord knows the K family are weirdos, but the Kardashians are not responsible for Lamar’s addiction.

The fucking sheer number of people (who should KNOW BETTER) who say anyone should “just leave” because of their treatment (benefits, healthcare, breaks, paid leave or sickdays, or lack thereof) at any job smacks of clueless privilege. I like BOTH my jobs but neither is ideal or what I became accustomed to before

I’m glad that she’s doing this, but, and this is kinda a big but, I’m so sick of people who can seemingly only really see the unfairness and the harm that even just words can cause in their own lives without extrapolating what others might be going through, too. I’m glad you’re bringing the issue of sexual harassment

I just want Taylor to recreate this magic:

Nooo, the cheatEE does “Cry Me A River,” not the cheatER. She would be doing Brit’s “Everytime” in this situation.

Agreed 100% - I grew up watching daytime soaps and the best drama to this day is the Sami/Kerrie/Brady love triangle from Days. Sami is still one of the best characters on a soap to ever exist, aside from the evil doll/witch sidekick on Passions

It’s not fair. It’s just not fair and, like you said, no one in power seems bothered enough to take any steps towards fixing the problem.

As if this story didn’t bring tears to my eyes already. The poor mothers of their murdered children, how can they ever find peace?

I feel like all I can do is cry.

Comment from my bestie on my outraged FB post this morning:

I suspect this woman has been holding her family hostage in some form or another for many years. I read desperation, not arrogance in his words.

This is exactly the point! Guns make everything in a family more dangerous—they dramatically increase this risk of domestic murders, suicide, family violence of all kinds. And quite honestly, I'm not sure I'd really want to shoot some kid who broke into my house to steal my TV. It's not worth it.

I am legitimately sad about this. How did he not get convicted for murder in the first place? Who are these people that believed this was an accident? Poor woman. Poor family.
