Last time there was a Jane post on Jezebel, it became apparent very quickly that most people are Team Raphael and actively dislike Michael. I don’t get it! Raphael is messed up. He’s emotionally manipulative, selfish and a wealth of other negative characteristics. Plus those eyebrows. Ugh!

Michigan apparently has a form of indeterminate sentencing where the legislature sets a maximum sentence and a judge sets a minimum sentence. When the convicted person reaches the minimum sentence he’s allowed to go in front of a parole board to ask for release on parole, but must serve at least the minimum.

Not that this is surprising, but apparently a number of commenters on the Fox article about the sentencing accused the justice of posturing for attention and inappropriately making the sentencing about race. Because there’s no such thing as racism, unless it’s against White people....

Sure - and most eggs are full of disgusting antiobiotics and residues from dead chickens lying around the dead cubicles. Hence antiobiotic-free eggs from better conditions cost more.

People who pay more for the good stuff have a right for the label to match the contents.
