Wow. So hip, you.
Crying Rick is the worst of the Ricks. Even worse than Cronenberg Rick.
I liked the episode but so much stupidity. Seemed overly elaborate to herd thousands of zombies that far and also wasn’t the idea they wanted to turn the Saviors to their side? The dumbest part of course was not shooting Negan at point blank range from 1 of 50 or so rifles pointed at him but I’ll give them the benefit…
I think the old man Rick shots are a pretense to the second half of this season. *SPOILER ALERT*
They sure went through a lot of their bullet supply breaking windows.
So many bullets flying and so few people getting hit. They couldn’t be worse shots if they were Imperial Storm Troopers.
At this point in the show, we should be looking at what caused the current state of affairs, and exploring ways to fix it. This constant-war-thing is way too close to real life, and I’m only half-watching now.
A Wash is when the most loved character in a series with a cult following is getting a victory lap, after a harrowing escape and is impaled by a Reaver spike.
Dozens of rifles, plenty of cover, CLOSE ENOUGH TO HAVE A SHOUTY CONVERSATION ... and yet nobody takes the shot. I realize killing Negan doesn’t necessarily solve everyone’s problems, and they might want to stay true to the comics in some respects, but the way this scene was staged and played out stretched…
Dude, if I hear the voice of negan saying he hopes I have my shit pants, I shoot at him immediately, not wait till he gets out of the shadows! How stupid can Gabriel be???
God dammit Rob. Those were Glenn and Son of a dick’s graves.
Why didn’t someone with a rifle just shoot Negan in the goddamn face while he and Rick were having their weird dick measuring conversation?
I hit my break point with this episode. Myself and Mrs. Task have watched this show since the beginning, but I think I’m done. When Negan and his top lieutenants strolled out all cocky, and said the “I’m sorry, I was in a meeting.” - No. By all logic he shouldn’t have made it past the initial snigger before he was a…
I don’t think Rick was crying over graves in those flash forwards/sideways. At the beginning of the episode, he was at hilltop standing over the graves of Glenn and Abraham, but he wasn’t crying there. The way they edited it was strange, but the crying was in a separate location with the stainglass window hanging over…
I took the graves to be Abraham and Glen’s before he went out for his big speech, not two fresh ones, dang.
Thought it was a great start to the season. I did, however, get this vibe during the standoff and couldn’t get it out of my head.
I get the impression from these boards that 90% of TWD viewers are people who are giving it one more season.
Until we find out its really all a flashfoward and they have to go back to the farm!
I know how this is going to go down. He wakes up in bed with Bob Newhart, gets into the shower with Bobby Ewing, and then we find the entire show was just the extended dream sequence of this snow globe.
