I wish Pareene would go on TV more.

She should just print out that screenshot and use it as her mailer. I’ll sign up for all of that right now.
You seem told.
That Caroline Rose album is good as heck.
I’m still not over that Messi first touch. For him to do that in stride, with his thigh, going with the ball... You couldn’t catch it in your hands and lay it out in front of you any better.
Shout out to WNYC’s Roger Bennett’s American Fiasco podcast, documenting U.S. soccer’s slow motion car wreck appearance in the 1998 World Cup. So many twists and turns, so well told.
Artie Bucco makes that episode. He’s hilarious.
“Christopher” has a solid hour of television I’ll fight you.
Read Lincoln’s inaugural address that said he was fighting to keep the Union, not slavery.
Read his second inaugural address, dumbass.
Was kinda hoping the headline was a shoutout to Roger Bennett’s excellent American Fiasco podcast. I can’t say enough good things about his investigation into America’s doomed 1998 World Cup appearance, which was the Stannis Baratheon at the Battle of Winterfell of World Cup appearances.
I would love to reply to the Influencers with, “We have reviewed your social media profiles and it does not look like you are linked with the market we are targeting.”
But the truth of what this amounts to is that Menendez locked up endorsements and some big donors early, and other candidates failed get any meaningful fundraising apparatus going.
When the jury was unable to reach a verdict and the judge dismissed the charges, Menendez made a statement. He said, “To those of you who were digging my political grave so you could jump into my seat, I know who you are and I won’t forget you.” It wasn’t subtle. People like Fulop and Baraka didn’t make overtures…
It’s not the DNC. It’s New Jersey. It’s both parties here. Do you live here?
There were no other candidates because no one will run against the chosen candidates. THAT’S THE POINT.
The person who ran against him was a nobody with no money whose website crashed and doesn’t even have a Wikipedia entry. No one who actually had a shot would challenge Menendez because 1. they knew the machine was…
As a New Jersey voter, I am glad the candidate who locks up the high profile endorsement early always wins. It sames me a lot of trouble of paying attention to campaigns and researching candidates and getting politically involved.
I know the national names are the best known, but the real villains here are people like George Norcross. Primary elections in this state STINK.
Hat tip to Ashley Feinberg.
As I recall, I think we both kind of liked it.
I get choked up in Major League, when I see how happy everyone in Cleveland is, just knowing what they’ve been through and how much it means to them.
