This is nuts.
Still not a great movie.
I would have gone with sit-romcom.
This was bad, but not as aggressively bad as I feared. At least there wasn't some sort of pop song montage or sing along.
I thought this was going to be about Pod Save America.
It's about as unsentimental as you could get, yet the covers throw people off.
They cover a surprising amount of time and turmoil. I hope they don't cheap out.
You might be. There's something for everyone. Killings, mafia, betrayal, radical politics, political terrorism, etc…
If they do the series, they'll have to recast once or twice. They really need to find the right kid to play young Lila.
That's what I thought, too, and it did sorta go that way. I believe the last section took place in Indiana and that state was known for being a locus of the Klan and that was sort of a "birth of the Klan" going on there.
Not necessarily the railroad itself, but I found the alternate-reality South Carolina stuff to be really interesting.
Imagination?
Gets better every time. The score in this movie is fantastic.
Wait to go out on a limb with that “He’s not Messi” take.
I'm going to go with Wayne's World. It was chock full of fourth-wall breaking and cultural references and was very self aware. It felt so very fresh in 1992.
Action movies don't have to have logic, but the action scenes within action movies do. For the most part, these scenes in Face/Off make sense. They're not just a bunch of random explosions and closeups. You have an idea of where everyone is and how much in danger they are.
It's very much worth reading.
It may suck for the fans, but it’s been great for the Hottakeosphere.
These are clearly upgrades. It's nice to see something change for the better.
