Came here to say that. There’s floppy and then there’s floppy!

Of course, sadly, the original is basically just this anyway? ADD modern editing, blargh!
AHHHH I somehow missed that post. Thanks! Yes it did work (which should now be obvious).
Moment? Is there a full video of this (or even clip of it coming thru this couple of turns)?
Auuugh
How the hell am I now back in the grays on LS? HARUMPH.
I came close to being rear-ended, when traffic stopped on a 2-lane state highway. And - my fault - I wasn’t ready (as I normally am, particularly since living away from CA and being stuck in vulnerable spots like this instead of filtering to the front) to scoot into the shoulder, I was off in after-work la-la land. I…
“There’s been a bit of consternation recently about how to make the Indy 500 popular again.”
Kind of tough to do when Tony George fucked the farm and NASCAR took over. Only several recent US presidents have outdone him as far as screwing America.
Attention Subaru: As a former 944 owner, I know all about balance. As fun (and fast) as a momentum car can be, having minivans out-drag race you from a light sucks perinea. NEVER AGAIN
Not sure what actually makes this “sketchy.”
Just the tip
“I guess they’ve always been retarded.” That about sums it up
Great stuff, but any chance a second post with more full-car shots of the indoor ones that are mostly close-ups?
Her seven sisters will though.
They should never have gone away from cars with names. Really interesting post, almost every single model mentioned I have no idea what it even is. Granted, I don’t read any car buff books anymore, but even if I did, the alphabet soup... Imagine if they had a Coupe DeVille (as immortalized by the Beastie Boys) that…
Don’t get over a modern 300. Size can go up if getting something old/relatively the same power. The SV650 even is NOT a starter bike.
This page is of course biased towards the Ninjette, which is in fact an excellent starter bike (along with new bikes in the class) - because sporty bikes I’d say are a little safer…
Nothing new, can’t have the superior-balanced 914, 944, or Cayman being the dedicated track platform when the 911 is their bread and butter, at least from an image standpoint. Even if it’s pretty much Cayennes actually making them their money these days....
This is correct. As for Mr. Ratchet - I have a favorite saying (and I am losing it on how appropriate his screen name is for it) -
“Wherever you are, no matter what you are doing - always ask yourself, ‘Am I in the tool shed?’”
Plus, I hate to say it but there is way too much easily-available power these days for WAY too many idiots. I know this won’t be a popular opinion here, but it’s the simple truth. Particularly in the US, there is no expectation (regulatory or otherwise) that people actually have training in this kind of vehicle.
Motorcy…
