It keeps most of the old staff from king of the hill in work though so alls good. And family guy isn't Brickleberry and never will be.

The same can be said for Archer. I think some cartoons really shouldn't last that long but FOX keep them going. And what i meant my Foxification was the random jokes and style seems more FOX. It also happened when they bought The Critic.

Family guy has developed that style. It makes it unique

The plots are becoming less original and doesn't Family Guy also seem tamer to you. So does The Simpsons really, I'll give anything to hear Homer say the word bastard again.

Maybe all the jokes were written together and spaced out between episodes. Like the bathtub gag could have been pitched like ' How about throughout ten episodes peter does something crazy and knocks Cleveland out of his bath' I'd like to think that was the case bar the ones when cleveland left and in the cleveland

Dads. Enough said. Picked up for an entire series.

Also steve G. [ don't know how to spell his last name] has left. New show runner and departure of staff is good news at this point wheras in season four you could have argued any of them stay.

I thought that was the weakest joke of the episode. I mean really, Chris scratched his eyes until they bled. Really.

You could then also argue that all the other shows feel similar. Freinds, How I met Your Mother, scrubs, curb your enthusiasm. I'm just trying to explain why the show fell so much off the original course. Saying that watching the old episodes back they do feel a little lazy, but at least the content was solid and

Which makes you wonder how many men francine had sex with in her sex garden to enable steve to fit up there…

Even Bobs Burgers has been Foxified. It's the execs they tweak and tweak until all the shows are just as they want them. You know Family guy was forced to switch writers with american dad. [ Which gave us the god awful sequence of joe swanson singing the american dad theme and a shit run of episodes. They then

Its peters mom

Its the sitcom way. Since the dawn of time comedies have ran jokes into the ground. I think the difference is most comedies dont go on as long as the simpsons or family guy so you never really notice. Or some shows actually try to re invent themselves in positive ways to keep the jokes fresh instead of reinventing

No one's denying the show hasn't become more mean spirited and violent, an episode around taking mushrooms and one about domestic violence. But hey, they were still entertaining. As for the characters, I don't get the Peter Lois dynamic anymore and the characters are all mean spirited. The same could be said for

and the refrence to it where carl asks Meg if she is there to buy more hotdogs

I agree the all time low was seahorse seashell party and the evil stewie episode. This season so far seems to be on the up.

Mike Henrys back. oosh

If it freaked you out that was kind of the point, look at Peters reaction

The sad thing is there will always be those who view AD as a FG spin off and at the start the episodes were very political. It is the better show now but wasn't at the start, first impressions and all that.

at least they didnt make her eat shit and crawl up a womans vagina like kenny
