Wow, I've always heard it's kind of a mess, brought on by a clash in visions between two very distinct and very different directors. But the Narrator seal of approval is prestigious, so I'll definitely throw on the list.

Also, "It Comes At Night" was depressing as shit, and I'm not sure if I liked it at all because my perception is clouded by all the people who disliked it for dumb reasons. Apparently the current horror movie-goer crowd are the same people who thought the point of Inception was that somehow you could figure out

Well, I've only seen one film on that list, but it was Paterson, which was wonderful, so, great list.

My mom had the idea once that me and my kid siblings could collaborate and make a fully animated, voiced, and scored feature-length movie together, by ourselves, with no budget, in like a year. I tried to explain to her that that's not how animation works; I don't know if it sunk it.

That sentiment is rendered especially odd by the fact that Kalfka often couldn't keep himself from laughing while reading his work aloud to others. He thought the absurdity of his stories was hilarious, not crushing and tragic.

There's a place here in Athens called "Mother Pho". It's like that one episode of "Bojack Horseman" which ends in the middle of Diane's shouted expletive, and then the next episode picks up with "..UCKER!"

So, I've been away from here for a while, mostly because I haven't felt like writing about stuff, but then I saw "Wonder Woman", which rekindled that impulse a bit, so I was like "Hey, I should go post on the CZ about it", but then I was like "Wait, I actually have some stuff to say about a current and popular

Yeah, I wouldn't lend ten dollars to anyone who doesn't say that song rules. If nothing else, it has that killer guitar solo.

I have daydreams about going back in time to tell Bill Hicks that Keith Richards will outlive him by at least 26 years. I imagine he'd get a laugh out of that.

Oh yeah, MotS was great. Reminded me a lot of Reggie Watt's Ted Talker persona. "Our world is full of being in many worlds…"

Yeah, some of their video content is amazing. "Agents of Cracked" is one of the funniest things produced by the internet; it approaches "Arrested Development" levels of rapid-fire hilarity. And "Does Not Compute" was always wonderful as well.

Wow, I just finally got around to watching his last special last night. I thought it was great; probably his best material since "Finest Hour". His bit on "My Little Pony" was amazing.

Wow, that sucks, if it's true. You could make a convincing case for that page being the best piece of Superman media ever produced.

DC did adapt it into an animated film. I haven't seen it, but I've heard nothing negative about it.

I dunno, I still think that's a very remote possibility. I agree with what you said about how, in theory, it would tie the whole show together, but I still think the lack of setup througout the past four seasons would make it seem very hollow and cheap. And to me, that scene didn't play as "Finn's love for PB brings

*sigh*
We're really doing this again?
"I've enjoyed just hanging out."
"Yeah, me too."
That's the relationship that Finn was reminded of. They haven't even HINTED at Finn having any desire to be with PB romantically since "Rattleballs"—in fact, they haven't hinted that he might have a chance since frigging "Too Young".

He'll forever be at least slightly on my good side for that press conference he gave a few months into the primaries: "The most dishonest woman in the country [is] about to be president. How did it happen? It's very simple. My party has gone batshit crazy."

Hey, somebody had the good sense to not vote for a fascist fuckhead! It's sad that we had to wait so long for such an event to give us hope, but nonetheless, here we are, and I feel hopeful. Stay sane, France. At least if we and Britain both go tits up, somebody who produces a lot of great culture and has a massive
