Do not, my friends, become addicted to themed threads! They will take hold of you, and you will resent their absence!

Ironically, that sounds dangerously like a piece of Immorten Joe's dialog.

Thing is, that strategy can yield surprisingly good results. Kill Your Darlings is a flawed movie, but Daniel Radcliffe turned out to make an excellent Allen Ginsberg.

You guys accidentally posted an Onion article to the wrong site again. Stop that.

Somebody alert Brad Jones immediately!

Well, I'd trust anyone with that face.

We need, NEED a John Darnielle guest spot on Adventure Time.

Come on. Peppermint Butler is obviously way less into dark magic than Cheney.

Agree to disagree then, 'cause it conveyed a hell of a lot to me.

Series top five for me:
1. Simon and Marcy
2. Wake Up/Escape From The Citadel
3. Lemonhope
4. I Remember You
5. The Vault

As a Simon fanboy, my favorites remain "Simon and Marcy" and "I Remember You."
I do love "Too Old", "Be More", "King Worm", and "Lady and Peebles" though. That last one is so horrifying in hindsight.

I always felt that Food Chain was the only guest-animated episode that really got what the show is about. The others were fun, but Food Chain really grasped Adventure Time's light-hearted view of deep subjects. Is there any more quintessentially Adventure Time moment than a big, showtunes musical number about the

What a great finale. Looking back on it, this season seems much more self-contained than the others, like this two-parter was the end of a specific story that started in the last two-parter, instead of just another chapter in Finn and Jake's lives. This is the first finale since "Mortal Recoil" that doesn't end on a

Moynihan did say that this season in particular would be "More illuminating" when viewed as a whole.

Here's my top ten for the season:
1. Wake Up/Escape From The Citadel
2. The Comet
3. The Cooler
4. Astral Plane
5. The Mountain
6. Evergreen
7. You Forgot Your Floaties
8. Breezy
9. Jermaine
10. Graybles 100+
Fuck, this season was rad. Possibly their best yet. Season four had consistency, season five had ambition, this one had

I believe he gave the latest episode of Gravity Falls a perfect score.

I actually really liked the fact that Orgalorg wasn't particularly menacing. We already have a terrifying, ultimate evil, we don't need another. Orgalorg's jealousy of the power of the comet was just another piece in the puzzle of these important events, another force interacting with Finn, Jake, the comet, and Martin.

She mentioned her uncle (Who built the cabin, not her father) way, WAY back in "Susan Strong."

That episode ended with the Tiny Manticore flying them to wizard city to find someone to change them back.

Yep, art seems really boring when you don't factor in execution.
Charles Foster Kane: "Rosebud."
*he dies*
Journalists: "What does that mean? Who was this guy?"
People he knew: "He was like this."
Other people he knew: "No, he was like this."
Journalists: "Well, I guess we'll never know."
*shot of a sled called Rosebud*
