I am too young to have seen it in the theater, so my first memory is walking downstairs to find my parents -gasp!- watching the trash compactor scene on their VHS copy. I don't know why I wasn't invited to watch the whole thing! I was hooked instantly.
And the Special Editions came out a few years later, so I did get

Yeah those do look good, but they're more of a chip than a Tostino-ish thing.

Yeah the other players just handed Mackenzie that win, huh? And nobody got the chance to pronounce "perforations" correctly because somehow even the judges didn't hear "preforations" until they reviewed the tape? Pssshh

For anyone interested in some more spoilers, this article confirms a lot of stuff that Making Star Wars has known about for a few months. The creatures, for example, are Porgs, and they're pretty adorable:

And there goes my night. This is so weirdly addicting, even if it's videos with people speaking other languages. I'm tempted to stay on a lot of them just to figure out who this person is.

I got Born to Run stuck in my head and couldn't come up with a better answer.

So what's everyone's opinion on the final scene of The Sopranos? I still like it, and I appreciate David Chase's continued relative silence about it, but I wasn't emotionally invested in the show and didn't watch it when it was airing. My parents HATED it.

Florida doesn't count, Tanya!

Loved this episode; I'd watch a whole show of the cabbies sharing an apartment.

We got an explanation for the nuke! I complained last week about how I wanted some reason for the French submarine guy (that didn't require translating his French prayer during the title sequence) launching it, and I'm satisfied. And Matt's explanation for what to take literally in the Bible was funny.

Is Showtime showing two hours every Sunday? Parts 3 and 4 are also up on the Showtime app but I'm definitely waiting to watch those; I don't want to wait two weeks for new episodes.

Well you learn something everyday. I read all the Harry Potter books after Deathly Hallows was released, and I've seen all the movies, and I never made the Diagon Alley/diagonally connection. I let out a big "oooohhhh" when that clue came up and my wife just laughed at me. But hey, I guessed FJ just based on the

That was quite an exciting comeback. I was convinced David had missed FJ when they showed him just looking down at his screen, and I think maybe he did too. That fist and the face he made at the end said it all; he seemed so genuinely happy. Good for him and good game to all!

I'd like to see a flashback where Kevin bumps into this guy at the airport, doesn't say "excuse me", then (in French) he's like "Ahhhh that was the last straw, world!"

I guess, and well said. Still a little unsatisfying, though. I think Damon Lindelof just has a thing for submarines and bombs. And full frontal nudity. It's one of the ways he deals with the uncertainty of life. That's my explanation.

But what was he trying to accomplish by launching it at an unoccupied area?

We're going to get an explanation for why the French sub guy launched the nuke, right? I'd hate for it to just be "he snapped, and because we need a reason for flights to be grounded".

Don't judge it by the commercials! This show is hilarious. Great News, indeed.

The gluteus MAXIMUS!

I kinda like when a contestant makes it obvious that they're just taking educated guesses, so I was rooting for Mary.
