Your points are all good however, the pipeline is 99% complete and will be finished soon after Trump becomes President. BTW, he sold his $100K in stock in June.
Don’t know about ancient treaties, but I do know that the pipeline company went through years of the permitting process and was granted approval. It is a little late to be talking about ancient treaties. Another point, the pipeline is 99% complete and it will be finished after Trump takes office.
