Better love story in 5 minutes than twilight saga will ever be.

Agreed! I'm not even a sucker for kids, but that scene had me choking up both times I saw it!

When I first read the manga, I was around 12, 13 ish. And I remember ALOT of it shocked or made me cry. The beginning with the limbs, oof, lots of shock. This part, with the girl and the dog, aww man, anger/shock/distress/more anger.

The part that got me was when Idris is going to blow himself up to take out a bunch of kaiju with him and Mako says "I love you" before he dies.

Actually, what really got me was the ending of Toy Story 3, this scene:

FMA. Where two boys who give up their body parts and graft the younger brothers soul onto a suit of armour in a failed attempt to bring back their dead mother is the least sad thing to happen.

if you watch this with a friend and they don't cry, that person is an evil robot and you should get away from them while you still can.

I think it's closer to 15 minutes, but the beginning of Up causes me to weep like a school girl.

It wasn't even the saddest part. After the time jump and Nick Fury tells him he's in the 21st century, when he says sadly "I had a date", that just made all the feels go berserk.

These scenes really got to me. The little girl was so good, and I'm a mom so when I hear little kids crying I have a really hard time just watching it—I want to tear through the screen and comfort her with one arm while piloting a jaeger with the other. Every crying kid sounds like my crying kid, and that kind of

I'd give this one a close second to the ending of "Jurassic Bark":

Agreed. After seeing that for the first time in the theater my first thought was: Wow. Not even 10 minutes in and I've already gotten my money's worth.

I'm a little surprised this is not only on the list, but no where in the comments (that I've seen). I don't care if it was the first time I saw it in theater, on blu-ray, or if it happens to be on FX... Every damn time for me, NIAGRA FALLS!!!!

I'm assuming it wasn't included because it's too recent, but Mako running and crying for her mother and father in the ruins of Tokyo in Pacific Rim had me in tears.

Goddam Return of the King.

Everyone says how Jurassic Bark made them tearbend but The Luck of the Fryrish summoned evil ninjas with onions for me.

First five minutes of Up are a complete punch to the face. Every time.

I would say Ofelia getting shot in Pan's Labyrinth is way, way up there.

Hmm, maybe I'm weird, but toward the end of Lord of the Rings the only feelings I had toward Sam and Frodo were "SUCK IT UP, FRODO! JUST WALK!"... "it's my burden to bear" SHUT UP!

This one fucking KILLS ME EVERY TIME
