Every so often, Remote for iTunes goes on sale - I recommend waiting for it, it's a fantastic and gorgeous application.

@boluke01: I've changed ROMs before and I've never had to reactivate.
ITA: Spelling mistakes and a lonely man talking to himself.
This article entertained me greatly. The voices in my head were loud and happy.
Did anyone else read that as "Pee!" instead of "Peel?"
@jms: Haha, yes I know... I think I'd treat my billion dollar warships with a little more respect...
@Arggh! there goes a...snake a snake!: Just look how much it tips. And I know that there are systems in place for that kind of thing, but... still. That's a $3 billion ship.
... Dude. That seems kind of risky, no?
@puzz: Because the closest black hole is too far away to image properly.
THANK THE LORD.
@redman042: But I never said the APIs weren't there, I just said that Apple restricts which APIs you can use.
@redman042: Actually, my original post focussed on APIs, not the technical constraints of the device itself. And stop with the ad hominem, it's getting old - I did not act like an expert, I was merely stating what I believe to be true.
@Coolbone: The apps are prettier, I'll say that without hesitation (in most cases) - but every so often, there comes an application that really has no iDevice equivalent. Google Navigation is a great example and so is Voice Actions.
@redman042: Wow... How did you manage to get a star?
@bobthefrog1114: Well, yeah. I think people are still trying to complete the damn game.
Is anyone else getting more and more impressed by the app landscape on Android?
@mk26s: I don't think it will happen. Apple hides too many of their APIs from developers to make a comparable application on the iPhone.
@Vone: It's probably hidden and locked like that other phone whose name isn't coming to mind right now.
@Symon :: Snakes. Why did it have to be snakes!?!: Accept* but yes and no. In email, maps, and social video? Yes. In browsers and Mobile OSes, yes.
That's no Ginerbread, that's just a fancy Froyo.
