@(Starman), The MIDI Man: Just like the last event (the one with Chrome to Phone and Voice Actions) I think this one was small and invite only.

I was hoping for a "One more thing"...

It's actually pretty cool. It may be one of those features that really doesn't matter in the long run, but it's a nice touch.

@iphone_myphone: I doubt that Google'll just drop the Nexus One.

I think I'm going to spring for the Galaxy Tab when it arrives in Canada. I'm currently looking for something to replace my iPad (I'm not all that impressed)

@iphone_myphone: I don't know. I still disagree with you. The phone is very high end for today's phones (it's actually more powerful than the iPhone 4 as the processor hasn't been underclocked) and, if the iPhone 4 is to receive X number of updates, the Nexus One is bound to have the same. It's already received one of

@iphone_myphone: You're an iPhone 4 trooper? Good. I respect your decision. I'm an Android user and I've never looked back.

@TheNobleRobot: There will never be a phone that will receive every single future update. All phones will eventually succumb to progress. Look at the iPhone (original).

@Adam Plante: The Nexus One is Google's Dev phone and, in a sense, Google's own child. They've said it before, the Nexus One is future compatible.

@JasonGW: If you're going Android, spring for a Nexus One - you won't be let down by Google with that phone.

@slaughter33: My Nexus One is both future proof and is guaranteed upgrades and updates in the future, I don't know what you're talking about. It's your fault if you buy a cheap phone.

This is why Google TV will be better than Apple TV.

@kaervin: That doesn't even make sense...

That's foul. (The side buttons)

Apple TV fails for one reason: it's not just a syndicate for TV, it's a replacement.
