I. Cannot. Stand. StoryCorps. Every time that stupid guitar riff starts up on Friday morning, my teeth clench and my fists roll into balls.

I usually run/bike over lunch (some really nice trails right nearby work; great to get out of the office and into the forest), and I always wait until afterwards to eat. Added benefit is not having to talk or converse with anyone because I also hate everyone.

Jimmy Soul’s “If You Wanna Be Happy” sounded like a fun session.
