How is what I said incorrect? Your body is already breaking down. Sorry to hear that. Whether you lost-out with crap genetics, or not, your body is breaking down and that stinks. I can’t imagine being told to live a life with no physical exertion for fear of dying.

Staying active, eating right, and being productive makes everyone feel better. The hormones alone justify that statement.
