If men are supposed to be the calm, logical, and rational gender, then why are they losing their minds over fictional characters in movie franchises? Did they get their periods or something?
Yeah, sure totally.
You want to listen to Rosalia? Or BTS? Or Burna Boy?
I would be curious what other countries do? Its no secret that US students lack way behind our international counterparts and I would be interested to see what homework policies in Finland, Japan, south Korea and Denmark look like. If they are doing homework and the US is opting out, it kind feels like we are only…
“Why ever would you ask that?” is golden. It’s my go-to. Then you just stare them down as they squirm. If I’m feeling really saucy, I add a “What a terribly personal/rude question” before it and “I would be so embarrassed to ask a question like that” after it. Then I finish it all off with my trademark dead-eye stare.
I’ve found “Do you really want to know the answer to that question?” with a look like it’s going to be the worst thing they can imagine is great for making them think twice.
As a gay man, I’d like to apologize on behalf of our community to everyone who makes an effort not to be offensive, makes a slip-up, and gets pummeled to death by every queer person within range.
After watching Joker it’s pretty apparent that both praise and condemnation of the movie were blown way out of proportion. Joaquin Phoenix was fantastic, but all the hand wringing about it was a bit too much. If anything it probably helped to sell more tickets to a solid but unspectacular movie
As opposed to, say, Boba Fett and his oh-so-vital 6 minutes 32 seconds of screen time?
Finn/Poe is still where it’s at.
I’m beginning to suspect you’re actively looking for reasons to support removing her.
Her deep dives into Disney park history on YouTube are fascinating, and I don’t even like Disney parks that much.
Why remove her from the group art then? That seems a lot more like a conscious, deliberate decision.
Rose/Finn are an interracial couple........
I haven’t seen any of these movies beyond the first (i think?) but I support inclusion and all that.
But I mainly stopped in to say, omg is that art terrible. Holy zoinks. That first design in the first tweet above the “Rebel” shirt. That big rectangle of void on the right in the final design . . . I hate it. THAT IS…
Jenny is a Youtuber who is a pretty big Disney fan so she wouldn’t be making these claims without being reasonably sure they were accurate.
Instead of pulling up a chair to wait, you can use this internet you’re using to research and look it up yourself to learn that all of these guys did have psychological issues. And that people with such issues should not have easy access to guns.
Why is this film different?
Same here. Never played with baby dolls or bothered with baby themed toys growing up. I preferred animal themed toys and hot wheels. I’ve known that I didnt want children since I was 7.
