Aside of other issues already mentioned, the test fails in that it’s repeating itself - the last 4 sentences are the same as the first 4, so if you can make out a few key words your brain will supplement the rest even if you can’t properly hear them.

Exactly. I can always hear the other person speaking, even if we are in a noisy place. What I have trouble making out is the exact words.
