I don’t get what was unrealistic about expecting a guy to want to sleep with you or wanting your husband to at least try living with you for six weeks.

In the beginning it was a little more raw and therefore funnier. I still like it though.

He actually reminds me of the guy, Bird of Bird and the Falcons, from the Five Heartbeats. Remember the hit “Baby Stop Running”.

Can you really blame someone involved in the accident for being mad that she has been legally let off the hook.

And while I loved him everyone else on the planet hated his guts.

If Atticus had remained a hero I doubt people would be this concerned about Harper Lee and the facts surrounding the publishing of this book.

one of the fashion mags did recently.

My only issue with the “exhausting” comment is that black people are expected to know the rules and we cannot find it exhausting.

Full figured, yes. Full lipped, naw thats surgery.

The petition is upended by the fact that no minority (native american or black) owns a dang Cracker Barrel. We don’t make businesses or institutions to hold down other races. So the joke is on the other white people that created the business. Ha ha!!!

Most of the people butt-hurt about this are white...I wonder why? If I have to accept that Bill Cosby (an actual person), my childhood father figure is freaking, disgusting rapist, white people need to accept that their beloved fiction Atticus Finch was originally written as racist and if that colors how you read

It is funny. Especially if you are a kid or have kids. I have the dvds and I watch it with the kids. When Cosby started going left moralizing and crap I had to make peace with the fact that he sucked as a person.

Did they publish before or after they were getting sued?

Again stop fetishizing black people as a stand-in for discrimination. It is not as if everybody loves black people.

Please stop fetishizing black people for every discriminatory thing that happens in the world. The reason that the government had to step in because not only did some white people refuse to service black people they also refused to let them live peacefully. They would burn down businesses owned by black people or

They most likely received death threats because this is a contentious issue. Not because the bakers posted their info. Also when you enter into court precedings your name is made public and it is not that hard to find you. I am sure the bakers received death threats as well. I don’t need to hear about a judge or jury

No where in the article does it say that and that would make this a totally different case than the one presented. I find it a little hard to believe because if that was the basis of the suit I would be riding that all day long because the refusal to bake a cake is kinda weak.

The damages are excessive. As a person with law school style student loan debt I would’ wish that amount in damages on anyone and all because they didn’t want to make a wedding cake. I can understand a housing discrimination or job discrimination suit but a damned wedding cake. People are equating their inability to

It is not a good comparison and I wish people would stop. Black people basically had no place to go to receive such services. Additionally, racist bigots could shut down an existing black business without any consequences. That is not the case for gay people. I am against the bakers but this is the damages are

I think if it had been some random chick she probably would not have as much resentment. The fact that the girl was her friend is the dig.
