It is when it spreads a false narrative that anybody who says they were tricked is just lying to get out of an embarrassing situation. Not an episode. He did many in that “series”. You anecdote applies to you alone. That show probably had a dozen of those type of episodes. Lots of people guess wrong. As small a sample size as it is, it shows that a good segment of the population cant tell by look and sound of voice.
