Not really. What you consider a pro or con is very arbitrary. Some people don’t list frame rate drops as they find them to no be important. To me they are a huge deal and can make or break a game for me. Just a arbitrary, as a number score.

You review games as is at the time you play them. If the game has bugs that stop you from playing (rare or not) then it needs to be scored on that.
