I just switched to PNC. Fantastic customer service so far. The local branch employees went out of their way to help me when I got screwed over by my credit union.

I like getting gift cards because it gives me a guilt-free excuse to treat myself to something I want. If I had cash, I would feel bad for spending it and not saving it. I am not saying it is logical; it's just how I feel.
