Demand for gas will at least continue at the same pace worldwide. We're breeding more people into this world everyday.

Yes, I'm guessing it (the GT350) will wipe the floor with the M4. Around Willow Springs the M4 is only about a half second faster than this Mustang GT PP. Hell, a 2010 GT500 was faster around WS than the M4. So I'm guessing the GT350 will have no problem.

I cross-shopped Challenger/Camaro/Mustang. After driving a series of slow cars, I just wanted cheap speed. I looked at the Challenger for the extra seat in the back, the Camaro b/c that's what my wife really wanted me to by, and the Mustang b/c of the solid rep of the 2011-14 coyote.

New fullsized Chrysler cars off the Ghibli chassis are due in 2018. Until then I think they did better than expected with the bloated LX chassis.

To be honest, for half the price being only 3 seconds slower than the Z28 is a huge plus for the Mustang. For the price of a Z28 they could just throw some sticky rubber (something like the Z/28's "only street in name" racing tires) on it, different rear end gears, maybe wider tires, and I would bet it would have

It's not out until next year! Sad face.

I'd rather read stories like this ever day than stories of cops killing kids though...

Maybe not the main takeaway from the article, but how long are people going to keep doing the "priceless" thing? I can't remember seeing any of those commercials for a few years now.

Seriously. If you want to use speed traps to make money, then fuck you, but fine.

Posting locations and notifying other drives of speed traps/cameras would cause them to pay attention, slow down, and drive safer, thereby fulfilling the stated purpose of speed enforcement while robbing the red light camera industry of revenue, which is the actual purpose of unmanned speed enforcement.

It all goes back to a very basic idea: anyone who wants the kind of power a police uniform and badge gives them is, by definition, morally unqualified to wield it.

Same goes for Presidents.

I agree. They could have reposted the law, i.e. go above X miles per hour, risk getting your car impounded. Rather, they decided to mock the person. To me, thats not professional

Whenever it happens, the chances of someone pulling over to help out a LEO getting the shit kicked out of him on the side of the road goes down just a little.

It's like they believe that if you can afford a Huracan you MUST have stolen that money...

Yep. You've summed up nearly all of my gripes, too.

The answer is always:

Does that really matter?

I have gotten more tickets on my motorcycle than my car for sure and I admit, all are for speeding. The last ticket I confronted the cop that he was wrong for what he said I did (a right hand turn in front of traffic, what?), then just gave me a speeding ticket. I yelled at him for making me late to my midterm and he

man I so high right now and I'm reading your post and half way in I was like.... when did I write this? Word for word. Bravo

We're going to see a lot more of this. My belief is that speed laws, photo radar, laser guns, photo radar vans etc are used largely for revenue generation under the guise of 'safety'. Speed limits are simply too low on most highways and expressways. Motorcyclists are demonized by cops and the news because they are so
