Guaranteed that the baby blue Explorer was driving like an old granny with cataracts, poor reflexes and neglected to pull over in a turn out. Chest thumping Camaro douche gets pissed and floors it around the the other douche for not getting the hell out of the way. This is just one reason why I ride sport bikes in the

I can see where you are coming from. I am in no way a fan of the chrysler vehicles, but it's baffled my mind that since the muscle car wars have been revived chrysler doesn't seem to want to directly compete in the performance end. Specifically in handling and weight. While the camaro and mustang continue to one up

I'm a Mopar fan. I had a Challenger SRT8 and currently have a Ram 1500 Sport and a Durango R/T. After I sold the Challenger (just too big and heavy, didn't handle that great) I checked out the Viper. I'm 6'0 with a 31" inseam, 200 lb very average American. I adjusted the seat all the way down to the floor and my

I think their problem is marketing and ambition. The Viper always thought of as a Corvette competitor, even though the base Corvette costs almost base Corvette less than the Viper.

I agree 100%, but I just have a feeling that the C7 is killing Viper sales. For better or worse, the C7 just seems to be a better all around car for a lot less money, and that may have cost us the American bruiser boxing match we all wanted to see at Le Mans.

Are the two things related? The source said no. And I'm sure everyone involved will continue to say no.

I've asked Ralph Gilles to come in and hopefully clear some of this up.

Sigh, just to dispel this ridiculous line of reasoning now as I keep seeing people post it:

Porsche and GM are very different companies and if you think Porsche is somehow being kind for fixing this and GM is a big bag of evil, please take the time to review the history of Porsche with regard to customer relations.

Give $150K to Porsche. Get a new GT3 that immediately needs a new engine, Jeezuuus I'd be pissssssed...!! I used to be a well known tool dealer. You know what I'd typically see next to a Mechanic's roll cab tool box? A 5 gallon bucket of nuts and bolts....

Now this is how you do it, not wait ten years and say "Sorry my bad". I know this is an inconvenience but hey they responded like they should have.

No way in hell I would want my local dealer to do an engine swap on my brand new car. I'll take a new GT3 with a factory installed engine. Who wants their brand new car to have missing harness clips/bolts/fasteners and every component "torqued" with the impact gun. F-that

I wonder how many owners will just trade their current GT3 for one that isn't "tarnished" with this problem

Porsche warranty is absolutely terrible. They simply do not back their cars. For 997.2 GT3 owners they require a center lock mileage log for guys who track their cars, coolant lines that break loose from failed glue spraying the rear tires? Porsche won't replace the fittings as it requires removal of the engine. They

Bottom line, buy and maintain a Porsche and you're getting ripped off.

"If I'm honest, I don't personally care either way about Mike Rowe or his choice, and I could be persuaded to believe this whole thing is a bit overblown."

I want the new M4 to be released in Forza 5...damnit...!

I've had 4 911's. They are great cars, the driving experience is awesome but the ownership experience sucks. Porsche (as a company) does not like you. The people in the dealerships are pricks. Porsche will bend you over, and over, and over again. They will not honor their warranty on major items without a fight.

I couldn't get half way through it. Was that SNL ? That show hasn't been funny for years. I'm embarrassed for those who are on that show.

BMW M3/4 should be there in the flesh as well.

I had a '12 Challenger SRT8. It was a fun cruiser car but in the twisties the thing is just a pig, way too heavy. The sheet metal is ultra thin and had dents in the roof straight from the factory. The gauges and Nav suck, the $2K Harmon-Kardon stereo was TERRIBLE. The tires are way to narrow etc etc. Mopar is making a
