Chicken and egg, chicken and egg, chicken and egg...

OMG... I finally understand Heisenberg...

Just to clarify, is the the last 2018 Demon? Or the last Demon period?

To me the 2nd gen was the ugly duckling. I get that they tried to make it more graceful but for me the effort came up short.

If that. Clean S2000s are extremely hard to find and seem to have appreciated over their original retail.

I like the basic design. It’s clean. Visually, the only problem I have is the front and rear fascias and the way they mismatch with the stainless-steel body.

There is an older-gen Civic where the roof profile on the 2-door does match pretty closely.

The digital IP is an option.

I’d say that GM was aiming the F-bodies a little higher upscale than the Mustang, which always did have that split-personality of muscle car and sporty economy coupe. A low-power 4-pot in a Fox-body ‘Stang wasn’t quite as absurd as Chevy’s hamster-driven spaceship.

Mom had a ‘76 Pacer (that she bought new!) and it became the car I drove most of my early miles in. It was, indeed, pretty stable for a “smaller” car.

I like this thing. Clean style, not too heavy... great local runabout

I know there’s a tendency to say “he went doing what he loved, and 75 is a pretty good run”. Even so, 75 isn’t that old (my dad’s 88) and I’m sure he leaves family and friends who will feel the loss.

Condolences to the driver’s friends/family, including the Raceway community.

That prototype came out when I was 12, and I have never recovered. STILL think it’s one of the most gorgeous designs ever.

I think you just identified the target market.

Someone who does a lot of landscaping/gardening would like this. Much easier to haul a lawnmower and bags of mulch.

Also, pretty damn similar to the new Corolla we just saw this week.

More like a German Ridgeline, but what’s wrong with choices, right?

Not a massive difference, is it? Though the XT4 is doubtless a LOT roomier, considerably more powerful, and about as economical. And that base price isn’t too far off what the Cimarron’s was if adjusted for inflation...

I don’t mind it. I even dig the interior.

Man if those are the 20s I hate to think what it will look like with the 18s
