gotta be $60k msrp at least... I suppose that qualifies for “everyman”... who wants a lot of debt with a 96 month loan.

Let’s wait until we see pricing before we start calling them “everman’s” anything. The Tacoma and 4Runner pricing have always been a bit too high to really call them something like that. And let’s not forget the dealer markups that will hang around for a couple years.
“Go woke go broke”? More like “Act like a Nazi, and your cars sit on the lot-sy.”
Ive worked for GM and then various Tier-1 and Tier 2 suppliers and these cars look like primered development mules whose bodies were run though the E-coat dip tank and then shot with clear coat. I hate this grey trend.
Destroyer Gray, and whatever the similar colors by other makers are called, are the absolute worst colors ever on a car, only the fleshtone beige my crazy neighbor had on his Olds back in the ‘00's, and I had on a Mercury Zephyr in 1980 was worse. When I was car shopping, the dealer I bought it from had one Challenger…
Not that a few won’t get them, but as a former long time military member, I’d think these colors appeal more to that “cosplay cowards” crowd you mentioned. A small sample, but I hardly see them on the joint base I still frequent and I’d guess if you’ve done any lengthy amount of time in the service, you’ve seen those…
When I was at Dodge Speed Week in Vegas last year for the Demon 170 unveiling, I chatted with an older (but very cool) couple chillin’ out by their indigo blue Hellcat Challenger. The deep blue paint was spectacular on the Challenger.
Eating lunch while reading a Jalopnik article that drew heavily from Devil Wears Prada was not even on my *wildest* gay bingo card for 2024. What a delight, even if the paint jobs are bleak lol
That global war on terror tan is everywhere.
One thing I will never do is buy another car in white / black / grey / silver. Cannot stand how every car looks like it’s been printed by a laser printer. Last three cars I purchased new for myself were a 2011 Cayman (red), 2015 Mustang (blue), and 2024 Palisade (green). My next car will be yellow.
This thing can handle pretty big peak boost. The one in the base wagoneer has the 420hp on 87 octane and 20 psi on the turbo. Why make it have lower peak power? Just press the go pedal less.
“I’ve seen it on the set and it is heartbreaking. It is heartbreakingly beautiful... It’s a phenomenal technical achievement.”
Yes.
Has Werner Herzog ever been effusive about anything, like a box of kittens or a sunset or something? Or does he just see despair and futility alleviated only by the cold release of death in everything?
Considering how focused she is on weekly income, I get the feeling she came from a pretty blue collar background, and her parent’s weren’t really prepared to help her make smarter decisions when she turned 18 and started making more money than she’d ever seen in her life. Although, I could also see them trying hard to…
I live in the Oklahoma City area. I would love to know where in the state this person lives so that I (and my own Jag, a 1996 XJ12) can stay well clear of her.
So, somehow this was missed in the search before they loaded him in the car?
“The officers had reason to believe Jackson owned/possessed a firearm with a suppressor.”
Maybe if somebody has such bad PTSD that they think acorns are gunshots and empty their firearm at the sound of an acorn, they shouldn’t be allowed access to firearms?
