I agree, I think the individual police officer should be required to carry some sort of “malpractice” insurance. If they go through their career and never make a claim, then their premiums will be low and there will be no problem. If they have a continual history of f-ups like this, their premium will work them out of

The problem with that is taking her to the cleaners means the citizenry pays, not the police department or even the one who was in charge of the dog. Freaking disgusting!

I have the Brother printer and it’s great! Bought one for the house and when my daughter moved into her dorm, bought another one for her to take with her. Cheaper than the $0.30 a page the university library wants to charge. Told her she could make money charging $0.10 a page to those in her residence hall, LOL.

Great point! I carted my daughter around in the 00's in the back of my MX-6 and not once did I even consider getting rid of the car. Hell, with the fold-down rear seat, I also moved residence several times with that car.

Welp, can’t stop murderers either. Might as well get rid of those laws too. Laws can and do deter some people from committing crimes. The sociopaths, maybe not so much, but hey baby with the bathwater, right?

I think late model Corollas have actual led headlights standard.

HA! My sub $15k Sentra has that same ignition blank!

Same. I keep about 4-5 identical pairs in rotation. I wash then in cold water, inside-out buttoned with zippers zipped so they don’t saw through the rest of my clothes. I always hang them to dry. They seem to last a really long time using this method.

I’m going to be honest, but that sounds very similar to the argument all lives matter folks keep using to which black lives matter folks have to continually respond that it doesn’t take away for you and to recognize a problem that affects others. It’s not a zero-sum game. I don’t if that’s hiw you meant it, but that’s

I’ll say this, I’ve been cutting my own hair for a lomg time. This shaver cut a significant amount of time from the chore and because the blade is curved coupled with the ergonomics of the device itself, I was able to go through in one pass with no missed patches. With a traditional shaver I end up with some strips

“these wypipo need to have the facts shoved in their face aggressively. Reporting on a major sports star being “roughed up” (their words, not mine) by a cop is going to fall into that “bad apple” excuse they shroud themselves in.”

Although, I had uncles that were earning north of $500K/yr before retirement, and one daily drove a Pontiac Vibe, and the other an Outback H6.

How about not running to the media outlets immediately after booking the guy? I know arrest are usually public record, but someone usually has to request the info. It’s not typically just volunteered up like that.

What gives them the right to publicly broadcast his arrest though?I know these things are public record, but someone either has to request it, or in this case it would seem someone volunteered the info to the local news. Would you like something to happen like that where they put you on blast publicly without

All good! I was a bit confused, but you have cleared it up.

Forgive my ignorance, but wouldn’t driving downhill in the snow just necessitate using a lower gear to take advantage of engine braking rather than just burning up the brakes in an automatic equipped car? I’ve been driving manuals from since ‘99 up until May of this year and never really encountered a traction or

Sorry to hear that. In addition to my own, my parents ran 3 4th gen Maximas into the ground and never had serious issues except for fuel leaks caused by higher ethanol concentrations in gas and the occasional a/c issues.

To each their own. I’ve owned 2 93's, a 96 and a 98. I don’t consider any of them to be garbage. Though I did love the 93 with a manual transmission more than my 98, but issues beyond my control necessitated it’s sale prematurely. Wth that being said, I see a whole bunch more 4th gen Maximas than I do 3rd gen Maximas.

Not sure if that’s a compliment or a dig as I still see may 90's Maxima’s on the road. In fact, I just got rid of a 98 because the a/c compressor locked up and it’s hot in Texas.

It looks like they maybe got rid of that capacitive volume slider.
