Actions speak louder than words and if it was a ruse to get to this point only to pivot and do as you mentioned, then as bitter a pill as it may be, I may have to find some forgiveness in my own heart.

Yup!
It took your explanation for me to get it, fwiw. . .
I don’t think you give them enough credit. I call it right about when they stopped selling the TL Type-S with a manual and retired the RSX. That’s when Acura truly lost all will to live. Secretive NSX development notwithstanding .
Ford did the same thing with the F-150 Heritage. Kept selling the round body F-150 after introducing the more squared off one.
Had to give a star for what appears to be a Red Dwarf homage .
It does make me wonder how much this recall will cost Honda?
And I see I posted too soon. Mine is the older model that isn’t ceramic so this is probably better. Still, I have to say as long as they didn’t change the build quality, this thing should last a long time.

I have one of these and I’m proud to say it works like a champ. We had a waffle day at work a couple years ago and I probably made 30 waffles back to back on this thing while my bosses much more expensive model was very inconsistent to the point he just gave up and left me to do it the rest of the morning.

Didn’t Nissan start selling the Z in the 60's too? And I realize they didn’t sell it outside of Japan, but the Skyline and its many variants have been around nearly as long.
I've lucked into 2 in my lifetime. A blue 93 and a white 92, both manuals. The blue one was in better shape (no VTC tick) and managed just over 30 mpg hwy on trips from Texas to Missouri. Really miss that one. Wife broke her ankle and couldn't drive it so we had to replace it with an auto at the time.
Understandable, but it would be strange to cross-shop the two. The current Sentra is big enough for a family of 4 with 2 baby seats in the back. You'd struggle to fit those in the Fiesta , especially the rear-facing seats if you had a grown adult in both front seats.
There really is no comparison space-wise between the current Sentra and the Fiesta which actually matches up more comparably with the Versa Note.
Interesting comparison! From what I saw at the car show, the new Sentra is huge. Even when adjusting the front seat to my driving position then sitting in the back behind the driver's seat. My dad had a '91 Sentra I learned to dribe stick on and it was a fun little car. If they can get some of that back I'd be okay…
Thanks! I went with Suspension Techniques springs. I was basically trying to recreate the “MX-6 Missile” featured in Turbo Magazine back in ‘90. The springs, HKS intercooler piping kit and turbo timer, Greddy Profec A boost controller, reprogrammed ecu chip, urethane swaybar endlinks and a front strut tower brace, a…
My brother!
I had the 1990 2-door version, the MX-6 GT. It's 2.2 liter intercooled turbo made 145hp and 190lb-ft of torque. I believe both were SOHC motors(well I know mine was).
I feel your pain! Wife had a SE-R Spec-V we were going to use to teach her how to drive stick. It got totaled and she hates bigger cars. Pretty much refuses to learn stick on my Maxima.
Brooks can do bad. Watch him in The Big Hit.
