Funny thing about that! Leather used to be for the outside driver's seat of a horse drawn carriage while the much more luxurious velour was used on the inside where the passengers were seated.

Not sure...just noticed since my '03 Spec-V more and more cars with only a lock cylinder on the driver's side and some that don't really have even that anymore. My '02 I35 doesn't have a lock cylinder for the trunklid which kind of scares me in the event the electric actuator for the trunk fails.

Heated steering wheel is great when it's single digits outside and you just spend 20 minutes scraping ice off your windows with slush coating your hands throughout the whole ordeal. If you've ever had your hands so cold they are numb and you didn't really like it, you'd like heated steering wheels.

Couldn't you also get it with a 6-speed manual and a 2.7L V6 though?

Aston Martin Cygnet which looks like a Scion iQ (which almost looks like the Smart Fortwo).

Darn you! Cannot unsee!

For sure it's unusual, but don't motorcycles usually have one light for low beam and the other for high beam? Usually separated?

That's not right, the long thin light up top is supposed to be the running lights/turn signals. The black cavern beneath them is supposed to be the headlights. They even mention it on Jalopnik here.

Infiniti tried this with the original Q45. It was poorly received and they had to redesign it with a ornamental grille a few years later. Just search for the '89 Q45.

North American Nissan Armada looks better

You mean like this:

"I'm asking about where the actual openings are which are of sufficient size to allow sufficient diffusion to take place."

I concur. Same here in Texas from what I've seen. Classic BMW, Ewing Mercedes, David McDavid Acura...
