There's a reason the German luxury automakers all comp 4 years of free maintenance. Because they cost a fortune to keep running out of warranty.

Awesome! May you enjoy it in good health!

Yes, it's delicious!

Whataburger spicy ketchup is available online now. Here you go.

True, but I think it's the idea that the owner, presumably being chauffeured in the back seat would take their shoes off and revel in the, at least in the case of Jaguar, lambswool floor mats. It probably feels better than anyone's carpet and I know I like how new carpet feels on my feet.

Ok, that is pretty cool!

'02 I35 here. Discovered that feature on the test drive. Frivelous? Perhaps...until you can't get the numbness out of your digits after scraping ice or snow off the car before heading out.

My 1990 MX-6 had those! Thank you for reminding me how awesome that car was. They were defeatable by a switch, but mine were linked together so moving one meant moving both. Still, a great feature that I loved.

Wasn't it a group of auto dealers supporting the bill though? I didn't think the manufacturers were even involved. In fact, I bet they wouldn't mind being able to just sell cars and not have their products tarnished by the dealer experience.

I just saw that movie 2 weeks ago for the 1st time.

I was shocked about Texas!

Sounds to me like the factory stores would remove the argument of losing out on small business community dollars coming from local businesses.

It seems to me that dealerships would still survive. Manufacturers wouldn't want to create an infrastructure to handle used or CPO vehicles. Dealerships could still have factory certified service staff to service vehicles and such.

Sorry, I meant to reply to Frizo with this post.

I don't know, I feel like the GTO was fixed when they added the more aggressive hood.

Very interesting. That backpack description hits the nail on the head. Those do seem to be the poorest quality nylon ever used so if it's worse than that, that's pretty bad.

You may absolutely be right. I have neither been in the GT2 or the Abarth, but the picture looks like a strap made of seatbelt material. What material is used in your Abarth?

You mean shitty like the +$140,000 Porsche 911 GT2 RS?

Ok, I admit. That's a nice and reasonable response. What are you doing on the internet? You're doing it wrong!

Whatever full length warranty I receive with a CPO Audi, Merc or Lexus still won't be as long as the 10 years I'd get from a new K900. Besides, some people like to keep their cars and not just trade them every 3 years.
