Yes, because Manor is not at all a threat. Driver experience is as much learning the ins-and-outs of daily operations, communicating with engineers, etc than it is on-track battles and race craft. Where better to learn that than at an underdog team?
I didn’t add Micahel to the list because the Jordan GP team actually had 4 race victories and 19 podiums throughout their existence. Although, these were all after Schumacher’s stint in the gorgeous 191.
